Though not technically demanding, this traverse along the ridge is long, sustained, and definitely requires a head for heights, as the via ferrata cable is only intermittent (or was when I visited), meaning you have to be prepared to deal with some pretty exposed and sketchy sections that offer nothing in the way of security. That being said, there are a couple of escape points along the way for those unable to take the heat in the kitchen- you just need to be able to get to them. I would recommend you download the route for offline use to help you keep your bearings. Visited 30th August 2019.
