The ride by the tourist tram completes the walking tour of the historic center and gives us a good reason to leave the house on rainy days.
Every Sunday tourists are expected to take a trip with TramTmTur, between 12:00 and 18:00. Departures take place at each fixed hour from the TramTmTur Libertății station and the route on which it runs is that of line 6, which includes many important objectives of the city.
The tram starts from Libertății Square and for about an hour passes the following tourist, architectural and historical objectives: Eugeniu Bastion, 700 Square and the Business Center next to the square, Metropolitan Cathedral, Water Palace, Maria Square, Carmen Sylva Park, Bălcescu Square , Cross Square, Regional Business Center and Olimpia Hall, Karlsruhe Park, Timișoreana Brewery, Traian Square, Romanilor Square and Millennium Church, Regina Maria Park, Neptune Baths, Timiș County Prefecture, University of Medicine, Continental Hotel and Sfântul Gheorghe Square .
