• The path is almost step-free (threshold of 4 cm available) and mostly at least 200 cm wide. There are two narrow places: 90 cm width over one meter length and 120 cm width over two meters length.
• The trail runs mostly on roads with little traffic (30 km/h zone and service, forest or agricultural roads). It is mostly easy to walk and drive on (pavement, asphalt, concrete slabs). In some places there are breaks and joints in the pavement.
• The trail is largely flat. The greatest slope is 10% over a length of two meters. The longest section with a slope is 80 meters long, and the slope is 4% (incline).
• There are numerous places to sit.

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of the sink and the WC 180 cm x 127 cm;
  to the left of the WC 94 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the WC 102 cm x 71 cm.

• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible.
• There is an alarm trigger.
