The breathtaking hike takes just under 8 hours and leads through the Flims mountains, over the Cassonsgrat towards Segnesboden and via Naraus back to Flims. The Flims Laax Falera Shuttle takes us to the starting point of the day tour. We start in the high valley Bargis and hike over the Flimserstein towards the Cassonsgrat. Now we continue towards the Tschingelhörner, but first we have the beautiful Piz Dolf in the foreground. At the height of La Siala we have a view of the Upper and Lower Segnesboden. The plateau is a large alluvial plain, which is characterised by constantly changing watercourses, numerous small lakes and various bogs. After a while we will be below the Tschingelhörner and the Martinsloch. Now we go downhill past the Untere Segnesboden and continue towards Naraus. From there, the last stage leads back to Flims.

Snowline map

While at higher altitudes there is at best already snow, the trails in the valley are still free of snow. Our interactive snow depth map helps you to plan your tour. Here you can see at a glance at www.flims.com/schneesituation where you can already expect snow on the paths and trails and where you can still be on the road without getting cold feet.
