The Tulisa War Monument MTB Trail (x-country)
A stunningly beautiful trail with a nice climb. Wanders along a beautiful mountain stream on a rough mountain road, through a beautiful gorge (with a very nice cave) then enters the forest, and up on the plains. Beautiful views of Retezat National Park and the War Memorial (where Rommel?). Side tours include a beautiful waterfall, a shepherds village, etc. (Ascent and Descent different because I turned on GPS late!).
