Babos-Széki-Elian-Berde palate complex
The Babos Palace, completed in 1890, bears the name of its first owner, Sándor Babos. It is a Belle Époque style building and is V-shaped.
The Széki Palace, completed in 1893, is representative of the neo-Gothic style and was commissioned by the pharmacist Miklós Széki.
The Elian Palace completed in 1891 in Secession style belonged to a wine merchant.
The last palace in the complex is the Berde Palace, also a Belle Époque building.
The palaces have been partially restored and can be admired from the outside. On the ground floor, the spaces are generally rented out for small shops or cafés/restaurants. The Széki Palace also houses a pharmacy and upstairs there are residential spaces.
