Walking in the Black Forest

Discover Germany's captivating Black Forest region with walks on an excellent network of well-waymarked trails that wind through wonderful woodland, deeply carved valleys and meadows carpeted with wild flowers. Find local shops selling the the infamous handmade cuckoo clocks that they have made here since the 1730's and treat yourself to a rich cherry gateaux, better known as "Black Forest Gateaux" at the end of your day's walk sitting lakeside.
