Alpine routes in Romania

One of the most spectacular and difficult segments in the Pietra Craiului ridge. Also a mandatory route for anyone who loves the mountains in Romania. The route offers just about everything this mountain means: climbing & scrambling, sharp crags, gravel valleys, +2000 meter peaks with wide panoramas, refuges, and refreshing mixed forests.

Clocota waterfall is one of the most beautiful I've seen and it's worth visiting every season. Metaliferi Mountains are just a group of the Apuseni Mountains and can be recognized by being covered by forests to the top. The whole area they cross is of a striking, savage beauty that seemed untouched by the time. Also, another special feature of the Apuseni Mountains is the scattered villages and the houses of people who are situated at high altitudes, but the greatest wealth of this area, the Brady area, is the gold, and the route of this hiking takes us right in the footsteps of the former gold mine and the hill which, most likely, he still conceals his treasure.

Drumeția Bistra Mureşului - Vârful Scaunul Domnului este una clasică pentru munții Călimanului. Traseul este omologat și întreținut de Serviciul Public Județean Salvamont Mureș.

The approved route has, in addition to the beauty of the places, also a historical significance, as the front line of the Second World War crossed here. Even today you can still see the trenches and bunkers built to defend the Mures gorge.

Retyezát-hegység I. nap: Buta-menedékház (1540 m) - Plaiul Mic-nyereg (1870 m) - Custura-csúcs (2457 m) - Papusa-csúcs (2508 m) - Peleaga-csúcs (2509 m) - Bucura I-csúcs (2433 m) - Bucura-tó (2040 m) - Peleaga-tisztás (1620 m) - Plaiul Mic-nyereg (1870 m) - Buta-menedékház (1540 m). II. nap: Buta-menedékház (1540 m) - Plaiul Mic-nyereg (1870 m) - Iorgovanu köve (2014 m) - és vissza.

Ascensiune de la refugiul Viștea pe muchia Bold apoi vf. Moldoveanu si retur prin căldare. Atenție! Returul prin căldare a fost făcut pe un culuar care nu e recomandat pe zăpadă mare sau după ninsori abundente! Pericol de avalanșă!  În caz de pericol de avalanșă se recomandă două corzi de 60 m și rapel pe traseul de urcare. Sunt colțuri de stțncă proeminente și zone de regrupare lejere.
